User rights, please check

Hello,

I did some maintenance today to make the administration of the forum a bit easier. If I got it all right you will not notice any difference. If I did not get it right you will find you access restricted where it should not be restricted.

You should be able to read and write in the following sub-forums:

Tramcars
The site
Special events
General
Photographs
Who am I?
Members' Forum (TMS members only)
