I would like to wish all contributors and readers a Happy Easter holiday, preferably away from Sunday shopping!
Please remember that it is the first special event at the museum this Sundayand Monday, the Easter 1940s weekend. (And reopening of the Severn Valley Railway nine months after the devastating flood damage, for those who like heavier rail for a change.)
Regardless of what you were doing i hope you all had a great one!
For those who were at the 1940's event i'm sure you'll all agree that it was excellent, with the only downside perhaps being that most trams were full, therefore a large queue at Town End, and also that Southampton 45 was out during the snow - and the crew (me included) were shouting "Top-deck only!", something very rarely heard with 'deckers!
